1st Grade - 11:30am - 12:00pm
4th Grade- 12:30pm - 1:00pm
November 19th:
Kinder- 11:00am - 11:30am
2nd Grade- 12:30pm - 1:00pm
November 20th:
PK- 10:30am - 11:00am
3rd Grade- 12:00pm - 12:30pm
5th Grade- 1:15pm - 1:45pm
To ensure a smooth entry into the event:
Complete the Pre-Check-In process and arrive early.
If you have not checked into our campus this year, you must visit the school before the event to have your physical ID scanned. (Note: Even if you attended an last year, a new scan is required for this year.)
ID scans must be completed by November 13th at 2:00am to be included in the Pre-Check-In badge printing.
The Pre-Check-In form will close on November 14th at 10:30am, and badges will be printed immediately after.
On the day of the event, Pre-Check-In badges and check-ins will not be handed out or checked in until after 8:30 am.
Reminder: Please bring your physical ID on the day of the event, even if you've completed Pre-Check-In. We will not be accepting digital copies of IDs.
The cafeteria will be serving Thanksgiving Lunch only on November 18th & 19th. Visitors can purchase a meal for themselves day of with cash only.
