Option 1: Online Registration

Second: Complete the enrollment process
You must provide the documents listed below to complete the enrollment process. Options for submitting enrollment documents:
Login to Parent Self-Serve and click on the Upload Documents button in the Hays Forms tab
or bring the appropriate documentation in person to Hays campus (the only documents
accepted through email is ID’s & proof of address).

child's birth certificate
child's social security card (optional)
child's immunization records
proof of guardianship (if needed)
child's withdrawal form/last report card (if available)
parent's driver's license

Once the enrollment process is completed students will select their courses. Counselors will review transcripts and enter the courses requested. Completing this process will assure your student will have their schedule the first day of school.
Option 2: In Person Registration
For families that need assistance or access to a computer.
Available on a walk-in basis, no appointment is necessary.

Time: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Location: Hays High School Counseling Center
Registrars will be available to collect all necessary enrollment documents, Counselors will be available to review, help complete course choice forms and answer questions.
