Here are some important tips:
The system is not mobile friendly. A desktop or laptop computer must be used. Each campus has a registration device available for families to use, if needed.
Online registration must be accessed using Google Chrome browser. Other browsers do not display the system correctly, including leaving options out of drop-down menus.
If all children are not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact Campus Registrar/PEIMS Clerk or Student.Registration@hayscisd.net for assistance.
If trying to register a student who was previously enrolled but is currently withdrawn, please contact Campus Registrar/PEIMS Clerk or Student.Registration@hayscisd.net for assistance.
If a pop-up box is displayed saying the child is excluded from online registration, please contact Campus Registrar/PEIMS Clerk or Student.Registration@hayscisd.net for assistance.
NEW: Student Transfer Application – Now in Online Registration

The student transfer window opens April 1, 2026 and closes April 30, 2026
The transfer application is now a form inside online registration portal.
Parents will log into online registration and complete the registration screens. In the Forms tab, select Student Transfer Request Form from the list.
Select the transfer reason and requested campus in the form. Depending on the selected transfer reason, additional questions on the form will be required to obtain more info about the requested transfer.
After completing the transfer form, parents must finish completing online registration and click the Complete Online Registration button on the last screen.
If the parent does not complete online registration, their transfer form will not be processed.
Once online registration is completed, parent will receive 2 separate emails: one email confirming online reg has been completed and one email confirming receipt of the transfer request.
If the form is not completed correctly, parent will receive an email indicating what was missing or invalid. Parent must log back into online registration to correct the formC.
The Student Services Department will receive notification of the submitted form. A decision regarding the transfer request will be made within approximately 2 weeks.
