Hays CISD is requesting proposals for Upper Buda Land Sale. Proposals will be accepted until 9/25/2026 @ 11:00 a.m. CST (local time). The attached specifications are also available in the HCISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 46052) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Proposal responses must be returned to the HCISD Purchasing Office, Anston Shockley, 21003 IH 35, Kyle, TX 78640, by the date and time indicated above. Late proposals will be returned unopened. The HCISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive all formalities in the bid process.

Hays CISD Purchasing Department is excited to announce that we have moved to Bonfire as our electronic bidding system for bids and proposal submissions.

Key Transition Information:

• Effective April 28, 2026, all solicitations will be posted and managed on Bonfire.

• At this time HCISD does not have any opportunities open for response through mail-in submissions and responses.

• Vendor registration and bid submission are free of charge

• Suppliers must be registered through the Hays CISD Bonfire portal in order to submit bids and proposals.
