Hays CISD is requesting proposals for RFP #06-122502AS E-Rate Category 1. Proposals will be accepted until 01-15-2026 @ 11:00 a.m. CST (local time). The attached specifications are also available in the HCISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 46052) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Proposal responses must be returned to the HCISD Purchasing Office, Wendy Cordero, 21003 IH 35, Kyle, TX 78640, by the date and time indicated above. Late proposals will be returned unopened. The HCISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive all formalities in the bid process. The Hays CISD business office will be closed from December 22 - January 5, 2026, for the winter break.
