Hays CISD Purchasing Department is excited to announce that we have moved to Bonfire as our electronic bidding system for all bids and proposal submissions. HCISD will fully discontinue utilizing mail-in and paper submissions and responses.

Key Transition Information:

• Effective April 28, 2026, all solicitations will be posted and managed on Bonfire.

• At this time HCISD does not have any opportunities open for response through main-in submissions and responses.

• Vendor registration and bid submission are free of charge

• Supplies must be registered through the Hays CISD Bonfire portal in order to submit bids and proposals.
