Hays CISD employees serve the students of the school district with distinction and honor. Some have also answered the call to serve our nation. Each November, we proudly recognize and celebrate those current employees who have served or are serving in the United States Armed Forces. This tribute allows us to express our gratitude for your courage, sacrifice, and steadfast defense of the freedoms we all enjoy.
We have also updated our Veterans webpage to include information about upcoming campus events recognizing and honoring our veterans. We encourage you to visit the page to learn more and see how our campuses are celebrating those who have served.
