Important Change to the Hays CISD Registration & Enrollment Process for Elementary and Middle Schools!
Staff will not be available at campuses to assist with registration or to complete your child’s enrollment. Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, elementary and middle school campuses will no longer have a registrar on campus. Registrars will now be located centrally and will continue to provide registration & enrollment support to all elementary and middle school families from our central office location.

Here are some important tips for using the online registration system:
The system is not mobile friendly. A desktop or laptop computer must be used.
Online registration must be accessed using Google Chrome browser. Other browsers do not display the system correctly, including leaving options out of drop-down menus.
If all children are not listed in the drop-down menu, please email Student Registration for assistance.
If trying to register a student who was previously enrolled but is currently withdrawn, please email Student Registration for assistance.
If a pop-up box is displayed saying the child is excluded from online registration, please email Student Registration for assistance.
