In Spring 2014, Hays CISD parents, community members, and staff were invited to participate in the third annual customer satisfaction survey, administered by K12 Insight. At the May 2014 Board meeting, K12 Insight presented its findings to the Board of Trustees.

This year, the district enjoyed significantly higher participation rates among staff, parents, and community members. Thank you for your investment of time to make your opinions and suggestions known.You can access the comprehensive final reports for both surveys as well as the previous year's results below.

Hays CISD uses this information in future planning and decision making. The Board of Trustees and school district will continue these satisfaction surveys annually each spring. Additionally, the district will soon launch new opportunities to provide feedback on topics of your concern year round. Stay tuned!
