For the December meeting, we had our holiday luncheon. Students discussed all of the events of the unprecedented 2020 school year. The  topic of discussion continued to be the successes and issues of virtual vs. in-person learning during the Covid pandemic. The students discussed the advantages of virtual learning, such as having the autonomy to control their own time management. In person learners preferred the structure of block scheduling. Some student concerns were getting email responses in a timely manner and the grading policy of late assignements. Everyone ended the meeting on a positive note and talked about the highlights of their 2020 year.
