Free & Reduced Meals Application

Applications for free or reduced price meals will be mailed out to all families each year. A self-addressed, stamped envelope will be provided for the return of the application form.

You may also complete the application online in English or Spanish (see below). A new application is required each year, and only one is necessary per household.

Application forms are also available at your child's campus and at the Hays CISD Child Nutrition Office at 5750 Dacy Lane in Buda.

Instructions for the application are included, but if additional assistance is required, you may call the Child Nutrition office at 512-268-1336. All applications are processed on a first in-first out basis, and a letter stating the results of your application will be mailed home.
