To access your child's scores, you may log into the Texas Assessment Data Portal
The portal login page contains a link to a help document or you may download it here. The access code is on the bottom of previous years' Confidential Student Reports (CSR) and is the same code for every year. It will be on the bottom of the STAAR Report Card that is coming in late July. If you do not know your child's access code, click on Lookup Access Code. Enter your child's first name, PEIMS ID and birth date to find your child's access code. The PEIMS ID is your child's Social Security Number. If you did not submit your child's SSN to the campus then your child was given a State ID or S-code. Your child's campus Registrar or PEIMS Clerk can assist you with the State ID or S-code.
STAAR results can also be found in the Hays CISD Parent Self-Service Portal (PSS). If you need assistance with your PSS login info, please contact your campus PEIMS Clerk. Contact information is linked here.
