  • Hays CISD is requesting proposals for Bid #18-091701VL Chapa Middle School Wall and Window Waterproofing.  Bids will be accepted until 10-06-17 @ 2:00 p.m. CT (local time). A pre-construction meeting will be held on 9-21-17 @ 10:00 a.m. at Chapa Middle School, 3311 Dacy Lane, Kyle, TX 78640. The attached specifications are also available in the Hays CISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 45092) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Bid responses must be returned to the Hays CISD Purchasing Office, Valerie Littrell, 21003 IH 35, Kyle, TX 78640, by the date and time indicated above.  Late bids will be returned unopened.  The Hays CISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all formalities in the bid process.
