Verification of Income (for Staff)
If you need an employee income verification, whether it’s for refinancing a mortgage, renting an apartment, buying a car, or applying for credit card/credit. Please email your request to Payroll at Email Payroll or call (512) 268-2141 and ask for the Payroll Department.

Verification of Employment (for Staff)
If you need a verification of employment (position title, dates of service, full-time/part time status) please email your request to Human Resources at Email HR Records and include the authorization to release form (if applicable).

Federal Loan Forgiveness (for Staff)
If you need assistance with a Loan Forgiveness application, please email your request to Human Resources at Email HR Records or call (512) 268-8975, Ext 46056.

Service Records (former employees)
Former employees can request a Texas school district service record to be sent to another district at www.hayscisd.net/ServiceRecordRequest
