Hays CISD is a caring community. When people are in need, our parents, teachers, students, and staff are always eager to help. This page lists current opportunities for you to get involved. Listings are offered as a service to Hays CISD students and families, student organizations, PTAs, booster clubs, the Education Foundation, and certain other charitable funds. Listings must either be school-sponsored charitable causes or directly benefit students or district employees.
To request a listing in this document, please send an email with information to Email Harvest Goodrich
Hays CISD posts listings at its discretion. Many listings in this document are from organizations not affiliated with Hays CISD, nor are they necessarily vetted by the district. The district cautions potential donors to research each listing independently before making a decision to support a particular cause. The Better Business Bureau provides information about charitable giving and reviews of certain organizations.

A light burnt out too soon. Our loving Maria Elena Gonzalez lost her battle with cancer. Her beautiful heart touched so many lives. She was loved beyond words by everyone she knew. Her soul was the brightest flame in the room. As her family prepares to celebrate and remember this remarkable woman, please think about supporting her young daughters through this unthinkable journey they are about to embark upon without their mother.
