At Hays CISD Catering, we're proud to be a part of your special events. Whether you're planning a staff meeting, campus celebration, training, reception, or student event, our team is here to make the process easy and enjoyable. We offer fresh, delicious meals and are happy to help create a menu that fits your event, budget, and dietary needs. Every catering order includes delivery, setup, disposable service ware, and pickup.

To provide the best possible service, we ask that catering requests be submitted at least 3 business days in advance. Orders are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage booking early whenever possible to reserve your preferred date.

How to Confirm:

A few days before your event, you'll receive a calendar invitation with your event details and catering invoice. Simply click "Accept" to let us know everything looks good and to confirm your order.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations should be made no later than the week before your event. Orders canceled during the week of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total invoice. This helps us reduce food waste and cover the cost of food and supplies that have already been purchased
