I have dedicated more than 20 years to serving students, educators, and families in Hays CISD. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work at Barton Middle School, Simon Middle School, and now Live Oak Academy, where I enjoy helping students discover pathways to success and creating learning environments where every student feels supported, challenged, and valued.

Before becoming an educator, I worked as a graphic artist and video film editor. That creative background continues to shape how I approach education today. I enjoy finding innovative ways to solve problems, communicate ideas, and design meaningful learning experiences that engage both students and staff.

I believe the most rewarding part of education is building relationships. Whether I am supporting students, collaborating with teachers, or developing new programs, my goal is always to help others grow and succeed. I am passionate about creating opportunities that meet students where they are and inspire them to reach their full potential.

I feel incredibly fortunate to spend my career doing work that makes a difference. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, lead, and serve, and I am grateful to be part of a profession that has such a lasting impact on the lives of others.
