There are many different contests in all subject areas, and students will be representing the best of the best at JHS.

• Canyon UIL Classic - Feb. 27th @ Canyon HS

• UIL 6A District 29 Academic Contest - Date TBD @ Johnson HS

• Conference 6A Region IV Academic Contest* - Date TBD *Must qualify to attend

• Conference 6A State Academic Contest* - Date TBD *Must qualify to attend

Meet Day Transportation Policy:

• Students who are competing in the the meet must ride the bus to the competition

• Students may be checked out by a parent after their event is completed

• Students who are not checked out by a parent will ride the bus back to the school

Practice Schedules:

• In general, practices are held 1-2 times per week

• Specific practice schedules vary by event; please contact your specific coach for detailed practice times
