Welcome to the Impact Center!

My name is Tiffany Whitis, and I am honored to serve as the Interim Principal at the Impact Center. This year marks my 21st year in education—all proudly served in Hays CISD—and my 17th year at Impact, where I’ve had the privilege of working as an elective teacher, assistant principal, and now interim principal.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University and my Master of Science in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University–Kingsville.

I also have a personal connection to Hays CISD as a parent. All three of my children have attended schools in the district, and this community is truly home to me.

I have a deep commitment to education and student success. I firmly believe that all students can succeed when they are supported both academically and behaviorally—with the right tools, guidance, and encouragement.

As we begin this new school year, I look forward to partnering with our families, students, and staff to ensure every student feels safe, supported, and set up for success.
