Ms. Victoria Lathrop has served as a School Counselor in the Austin area since 2019. She earned her degrees through Texas A&M and Angelo State University.

Ms. Lathrop has always had a passion for supporting students with their educational, career, and personal development. She believes that mental health access, building a strong community network, and advocacy for our students can make the difference in creating a positive school environment and preparing students for opportunities after graduation. 

Ms. Lathrop’s philosophy centers on the belief that every student possesses the potential to achieve greatness. She looks forward to continuing to empower students at The Impact Center and ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to thrive both academically and personally.
