Arrival time and entrance guidelines for parents & guests:
Auditorium doors open at 4:30 pm on May 26. The main entrance is on the East side of the Coliseum (facing the parking areas). Clear bags will help with entrance procedures. (See below for prohibited items.) Special needs seating is available for those with mobility issues. ASL sign language interpreters will be provided and broadcast over the large screen.

Prohibited Items - Bags will be checked upon entry by Texas State security staff.

• No outside food or drink

• No balloons of any kind

• No large signs that obstruct the view of other spectators

• No artificial noisemakers (i.e. blow horns)

• No weapons of any kind

After the Ceremony
We recommend families establish a pre-determined meeting location with graduates after the ceremony. We suggest families meet in Sewell Park, on the West side of the coliseum, toward San Marcos River. View map here
