In May 2025, Hays CISD voters approved the sale of bonds for the construction of the district's 4th comprehensive high school and 18th elementary school. Both are set to open in near future. Now, we need names! Won't you join us in the selection process?

Who Can Participate?

Hays CISD policy allows participation in the process from district residents, taxpayers, students (including former), teachers and staff (including former), and non-profit groups that provide services or funding to the district.

What Names Can Be Considered?

Hays CISD policy currently allows name suggestions to be:

• Former District employees who made significant contributions or accommodations to better the educational experiences of district students, and left employment with the district in good standing; and

• An historical or geographical site in the community, but not the name of a subdivision with no historical significance.

How Do I Make a Name Suggestion?

Fill out the name suggestion for by using the button at right and submit your suggestion by noon on Friday, October 30, 2026.
