RFP #25-032601AS Photography Services
Hays CISD is requesting proposals for RFP #25-032601AS Photography Services. Proposals will be accepted until 04-14-2026 @ 11:00 a.m. CST (local time). The attached specifications are also available in the HCISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 46052) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Proposal responses must be returned to the HCISD Purchasing Office, Anston Shockley, 21003 IH 35, Kyle, TX 78640, by the date and time indicated above. Late proposals will be returned unopened. The HCISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive all formalities in the bid process. The Hays CISD business office and campuses will be closed from March 16 – 20, 2026 for Spring Break.
