Dear Fuentes Families,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the principal of Fuentes Elementary! My name is Kristin Seibel, and I am truly honored to serve the students, staff, and families of this incredible community.

I’ve proudly dedicated my career to Hays CISD, where I have worn many hats—teacher, mentor, assistant principal, and currently principal. My experiences span both elementary and middle school, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how children grow, learn, and thrive from the early years all the way into adolescence.

Above all, I’m a firm believer in joyful learning, strong relationships, and high expectations. I’m passionate about building a campus where students feel safe, seen, and celebrated for exactly who they are, and where families are partners in every step of the journey.

On the personal side, I’m lucky to have an incredibly supportive husband and two beautiful daughters who are also proud members of Hays CISD. And, of course, our family wouldn’t be complete without our beloved pup, Hank, who keeps us all laughing and moving!

I want you to know that I am here to listen, to learn, and to lead with heart. I look forward to connecting with each of you and working together to make Fuentes Elementary the very best place for our shining STARS to learn and grow.
