My name is Breante Dillard, and I am proud to have served the Hays CISD community as an elementary educator for the past 12 years. As the school counselor at Fuentes Elementary, my mission is to support every student in becoming a confident problem-solver and achieving their personal and academic goals to the fullest extent of their abilities.

Through meaningful connection, open communication, and strong collaboration with students, families, and staff, I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. My goal is to empower students to respectfully advocate for themselves, work cooperatively with others, and contribute positively to their social and academic communities.

I aim to foster student success by providing comprehensive, preventive, and responsive services that promote social-emotional well-being, academic growth, and personal development. Together, we can ensure that every student at Fuentes Elementary feels valued, supported, and prepared for lifelong success.
