Hello! My name is Bridgette Gatzert, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Dahlstrom Middle School. I am passionate about supporting students, families, and staff as we work together to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for all.

Middle school is a time of tremendous growth; academically, socially, and emotionally, and I am committed to helping every student navigate this important chapter with confidence and support. My approach to leadership is grounded in strong relationships, clear communication, and a deep belief in the potential of every child.

Before stepping into this role, I taught at both elementary and the secondary levels, and I bring that experience into my work every day. I believe that collaboration, high expectations, and care are the foundation of a strong school community.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, football, the river, and shopping.
