    Where do I turn in my physical? Physicals should be turned in to the athletic trainers - you can email them to Coach Mark Winter at Mark.Winter@hayscisd.net - Make sure the student signs the bottom.

    Who do I call when I have a question regarding my student's sport? Parents should email the head coach for the sport in question - calling is not an effective form of communication as all coaches are teachers. You may email the coach and request a call back. All Head coach emails can be found on this website.

    Where do I find information regarding practice and games? Sportsyou is designed for coaches to inform and update athletes and parents. Please make sure to join your SportsYou page for the sports your student participates in. SportsYou codes can be found on this website.

    My student's schedule is not correct- who do I contact? Please see your student's counselor for all schedule changes or corrections.

    The front office states my student has athletic debt- how do I clear that? Your student will need to have their Head Coach clear any debt with Ms. Castillo. Only the Head Coach can clear debt.

    Are Tickets to games only online? Yes - tickets must be purchased online at hayscisd.net/boxoffice. There are also season passes available for all teams.  

    If I have a concern, what is the best way to resolve? Parents should always speak to their Head Coach first, if the issue is not resolved, please email Assistant Athletic Director, Danny Preuss.

    Where are games held? Shelton stadium - Football and Soccer/Bales gym- Volleyball and Basketball/Red gym - Volleyball/Graham gym - Basketball/Tennis- Tennis courts behind school/Softball-Baseball -Fields behind school - enter at Live Oak
