The Construction and Planning Department plans, coordinates and manages all bond-funded construction projects.   We oversee architect/engineer and contractor teams from planning and design to construction and close-out, as well as furniture, fixtures and equipment to deliver successful projects via multiple project delivery methods.

Our mission is to ensure new construction, additions and remodels provide best-value solutions that emphasize functionality and aesthetics while optimizing maintenance to provide holistic learning environments for our faculty, students and staff.
