I graduated with my Associates Degree in 2010 from Lon Morris Jr. College, after I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts degree in English in 2014 from Ashford University as well as my Masters of Arts degree in English and a minor in Rhetoric in 2022 from National University. I am certified in English Language Arts grades 7-12.

This is my first year of teaching and I am excited to be a part of the Hays CISD family! I will be teaching English II with Sophomores and Reading Intervention II and III. I have an open door policy and welcome my students as well as faculty and parents to please reach out to me anytime with questions or concerns. I pride myself on literacy and education and know that any and all students can grow and learn no matter the obstacles or circumstances!
