Hello and welcome!

I am excited to become a member of the JHS staff. I have been in education for over 20 years with experience teaching at all levels from K-college. My background is in science and reading, and I have had the joy of teaching science for the majority of my career.

I have a large family that lives in the area with a niece and nephew in Hays CISD. When I am not working I spend time with my family and friends and my two sweet dogs, Winston and Fern. 

I am thrilled to teach Astronomy and Chemistry this year and am looking forward to getting to know your student as we explore our universe.
