Crystal Cardenas, RN & Carolyn Ramirez, LVN
Hi! My name is Crystal Cardenas, RN; I have been a nurse for 5+ years now and have been in the medical field 15+ years. I am graduate of ACC class of 2012 with an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing. My career in nursing started in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Seton Family of hospitals where I worked with critical ill and premature newborn infants. This is my third year as a full-time School Nurse! I am super excited to be here and I am looking forward to having a great year! A few past times I enjoy are watching my daughter (17) and son (13) enjoy playing their sports as well as sneaking off to the coast or lake to enjoy the outdoors with fishing and BBQ. Of course I can't forget my Longhorn and Cowboys Football on the weekends!
My name is Carolyn Ramirez, LVN and I have been employed with Hays CISD since 2005, specifically at HHS since 2007. I graduated from the LVN program at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX in 1998. I have two children who have attended Hays CISD since their kinder year...my son is a 2018 graduate from HHS and my daughter is currently a student at HHS. From cheering on our favorite sports teams, to outings on the boat for a fishing trip...I enjoy every second I get to spend with my family! I look forward to a great year!
