JHS Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Request

	The VOE form is required by DPS when a currently enrolled student is applying for, or renewing, their driver's license or permit.

	All campus obligations must be cleared before a VOE can be issued to a student. Obligations include textbooks, attendance hours, and fines.
