Hello!!  I am a veteran educator who is driven to promote academic success and resiliency in my students.  I am here to help each and every one of them become their best mathematical and ethical selves.  I will encourage them to persevere to reach their highest social, emotional and mathematical potential.  I WILL inspire each and every one of them each day to strive for excellence both in and out of the classroom.  I believe that a safe educational environment promotes a sense of security and will help foster a willingness to take risks which will lead to learning.  Success will be developed through attitude, effort and perseverance.  I will hold each one of them to high standards and I expect them to hold me to them as well.  A culture of caring is essential for learning therefore they will walk into my room knowing that we all care for and respect one another.  Lastly we ALL will take responsibility for our own actions!    

A little about myself.  Born and raised in Miami, Florida.  I attended University of Florida earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.  After working as a Bookstore Manager for several years I started my teaching career.  I have taught 1st grade, Middle School and High School mathematics of all levels.  I also teach ESL Online to children around the globe.  I look forward to working with your learners this year!!
