    A Few Back to School Reminders:

    Medication reminder: If a student requires medication at school, please have a medical authorization completed and signed by parent and physician. Medication Authorizations and Action Plans can be found here:

    All students must be up to date on vaccines or have a current, valid exemption form on file whether attending virtually or in person for the school year. Please visit here for a full list of Texas minimum vaccine requirements for school. Updated immunization records may be emailed to Exemption forms for immunizations can be requested here. If your student receives immunizations throughout the school year, please forward updated immunization records to the nurse at

    If your child is expericing illness, I invite you to fill out this form to help me keep track of what is going around campus.

    If you child has a fever, cough and/or sore throat, rash, head lice that has been untreated or a crusty/goopy eye, please keep your child know. Please email your teacher as well as myself, and our attendance clerk,


     Be sure your child knows how to undress/redress for using the restroom. Have them practice belts, buckles, putting on socks and shoes, before beginning school.


    I have limited clothing available, but sometimes run out. Please place a clean out fit (shirts, pants, underwear in your child’s backpack); check this regularly and replace as needed. Any bottoms that are borrowed, I ask for them to be washed and returned - you may keep the t-shirts and underwear.
