Message from College Board:As of May 12, our records show that JHS has 200 student(s) at 440207: Moe And Gene Johnson High School who need to complete required exam setup for one or more digital AP® Exams within the next week.
Exam setup is a critical, time-sensitive step that loads a student's specific exam onto the computer they're going to test with. If a student doesn’t complete exam setup before exam day, they may not be able to test. We’ll send a reminder to students when exam setup opens for their exam. Are Your Students Ready for Exam Setup? Here's what to do to confirm these students are ready for exam setup:1.Make sure they have approved testing computers. This includes personal or school-provided PCs or Macs, or school-managed Chromebooks. However, personal Chromebooks, tablets, and smartphones may not be used for 2021 digital AP Exams.2.Check that they've installed the digital testing app and logged in. Any students who haven't done this yet must download the app right away and follow the installation instructions.School issued Chromebooks have the app (and the recent update) already pushed out to them. Please have your students who are testing digitally log into a school issued Chromebook and the AP testing app.Virtual exams begin with ELA Lit on 5/18, so those students need to log into the AP app on the device they will be using to test on, by Sunday at the latest….I suggest earlier.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Leo Club will be collecting hygiene products to give to The Hays Clothes Closet.
