  • Hays CISD is requesting proposals for RFP #25-102103AB Charter Bus Services. Proposals will be accepted until 11-12-2021 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Specifications are available in the HCISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 46003) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Proposal responses must be returned to the HCISD Purchasing Office, Amie Botha, 21003 IH 35, Kyle, TX 78640, by the date and time indicated above. Late bids will be returned unopened. The HCISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all formalities in the bid process.

  • Hays CISD is requesting bids for Bid #18-092101VL SPED Roof Replacement. Bids will be accepted until 10-25-2021 @ 2:00 p.m. CT (local time). A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, October 07, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hays CISD Central Administration Building Annex A, 21003 IH 35, Kyle, TX 78640. Job site inspection will follow. The attached specifications are also available in the HCISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 45092) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
