I have had the priviledge of being the counselor at Kyle Elementary since 2012. Before coming to KES, I was a classroom teacher for 15 years in San Antonio and New Mexico. In my role as counselor, I teach classroom guidance, counsel students individually and in groups, and assist students and their families as necessary. I am also incharge of the campus No Place for Hate program, help with the 7 Mindsets social/emotional learning, and serve as the campus contact for the Girlstart after school STEM club.
