    Tier I support for Hays CISD technology users.

    We are here as your first line of technology support!

    If you need Tier 1 assistance (software questions, login issues, mobile device setup questions, etc.) or are unable to log into the Technology Workorder system, contact the Technology Help Desk. 

    For assistance:

    • Email the Help Desk HelpDesk@hayscisd.net
    • Call EXT. 4-HELP (EXT. 44357) from inside the district
    • Call 512-268-7676 from an outside line

    When contacting the Help Desk or submitting a Technology Workorder, it will be helpful if you know the computer name and service tag number.
