Prescription info for BCBS/ExpressScripts: Teachers Retirement System (TRS) utilizes Express Scripts to process prescriptions for ActiveCare Primary, Primary Plus and HD plans only.  A profile can be created here, Express Scripts or you can call 844-367-6108 for assistance.
