My name is Kristin Seibel, and I’m excited to join the team at Fuentes Elementary as the new Principal. With change comes the opportunity to set new goals, make new friends, and develop new habits that lead to success. I’m passionate about education and look forward to partnering with you to provide our students with a rigorous, engaging, and high-quality school experience. Professionally, I possess more than eighteen years of experience in education. Before joining Fuentes Elementary, I was an elementary teacher and assistant principal in Hays CISD. My academic background includes my Principal Certification, a Master of Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis on child development. 

Relationships are important to me and I look forward to building those relationships with each of you as we lead up to the 2024-25 school year. Please know that I will do whatever it takes to ensure our students are successful. I will work closely with our Campus Leadership Team to guarantee that all of our students are academically challenged and have access to support systems critical to our student’s needs.

I strongly believe in maintaining open two-way communication with parents, and I hope to have each of you participate in Fuentes’ successes.
