I am thrilled and honored to announce that I am joining the Falcon family as the next Principal of Ralph Pfluger Elementary. I come to you with 13 years of experience in education, with six of those years serving in a leadership role.

With change comes the opportunity to set new goals and build new relationships. I am dedicated to maintaining the high standards of academic achievement that Pfluger is known for. We believe in the power of collaboration and partnership between home and school to create enriching experiences that promote academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning.
