• Hello and welcome to the Live Oak Academy nurse site.  My name is Joan Weston and this is my first year at Live Oak Academy.  My family and I moved here from southern Indiana to be close to family. We reside in Kyle and when COVID allows it, I'm really looking forward to getting to know my new hometown and surrounding areas. I am thankful to have this opportunity to care for the students of Live Oak.  If there are ever concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email.

Please remember to screen your child daily before sending them to school.  Always keep them home if they are not feeling well.

If your child has any ONE of the following symptoms, is lab-confirmed with COVID-19 OR has been tested for COVID-19 and is awaiting results DO NOT SEND THEM TO SCHOOL.  Please contact me.
