School District Strategies, LLC (SDS) was contracted by the Hays CISD to complete a demographic study by June, 2007. To be included in the study was an analysis of population trends in the district, including growth of the entire population with subsets of age, ethnicity, and socio-economic status with projections for the next two and five years, enrollment projections for the school district for five years, by campus for five years and by grade level for the next two years.
